JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. Responsibilities • Serve as the boss’s primary point of contact, handling calls, messages, and communications professionally., • Answer incoming calls with a warm, calming, and confident demeanor., • Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and daily priorities., • Coordinate travel, hotels, transportation, and business logistics., • Accompany the boss to meetings, networking events, trade shows, festivals, and other business functions throughout the NYC/NJ Tri-State area when needed., • Communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners professionally., • Follow up on important tasks so nothing is overlooked., • Keep the boss informed of important developments while filtering distractions., • Help solve problems quickly and efficiently, allowing the boss to focus on growing the business., • Support hiring, scheduling, interviews, and administrative projects as needed., • Be flexible and available when important business matters arise.
