We’re on the hunt for our next Senior Sales Account Manager to lead the Account Manager team. This player - coach will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with employers, securing job orders to fulfill the employment needs of the Bronx community. This leader will bring their sales and relationship management expertise to the team and support the other Account Mangers in reaching their goals. The Awesome Things You’ll Do • Lead the Account Management team focused on developing employer relationships and bringing in employment opportunities., • Coach, manage, develop team to work together, share best practices and perform, • Work with the center leadership team to develop strategies to engage new employers to identify and fill vacant positions, • Develop a repository of job orders, engaging new and existing businesses throughout the borough, • Develop feedback mechanisms for the team to understand employer hiring needs including surveys, check ins and engaging in employer networks to ensure the needs of employers and industry are met, • Build connections between the Account Manager and Career Navigator team to ensure clients are effectively assessed and employer matching is effective, • Lead initiatives and measurement to ensure all job seekers receive excellent customer service, • Track and analyze all intake, assessment, referral and relevant data in funder and internal systems, • Develop labor market research and employer member organizations to drive and cultivate new business, • Work closely with interdisciplinary team to drive marketing materials that reflect employer needs and recruit viable job seekers, • Attend offsite events and training as needed Our Must Haves • B.A. or B.S. degree required along with at least three to five years' experience providing career navigation, case management, vocational counseling, or employment services., • Prior experience and demonstrated success in leading employer engagement and fulfilling job orders exceeding 1,000 placements., • Experience leading teams including hiring, training and managing performance, • Demonstrated ability to engage in employers in sectors with high-demand and growth, • Ability to utilize labor market information and employer network to drive and expand on portfolio of employers, weekly, • An understanding of the special needs of an economically and socially disadvantaged population., • Superior oral and written communication skills, • Proven ability to work with diverse populations, • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active and reflective listening, motivational interviewing, authentic communication, and conflict resolution, • Highly effective problem-solving and follow up skills, • Ability to focus deadlines and details, • Excellent networking skills, • Record-keeping, case noting, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining confidentiality What We Offer • Proposed hiring range of $58,000 to $65,000, • Generous Time off policy to use when you need it, • Health, wellness and financial resources to help you achieve our personal goals, • Robust health benefits including medical, dental, vision, parental leaves and company sponsored life insurance, • Retirement matching programs and contributions, • Transit and commuter benefits You bring the Good in Goodwill We believe in creating space for everyone to do their best work and have individual and collective impact.
