Healthy Kids is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities & Technical Support Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and technical tasks. The position is responsible for the management of our Microsoft admin console, monitoring the health of company device’s, supporting staff with IT requests, local facilities issues, and handling various projects. The Facilities & Technical Support Coordinator will align his/her scope of work with the Healthy Kids Mission while incorporating Healthy Kids Core Values as the guiding principle for all work activities. This position has room for growth as Healthy Kids is planning multiple projects in the near future. REPORTS TO: Director of Buildings, Grounds, and Maintenance JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt HOURS: 25 - 30 hours per week, schedule is flexible PAY: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Functions: • Handle staff’s tech support requests either locally or remotely., • Monitor health of company-owned devices using the NinjaOne software., • Assign appropriate Microsoft licenses to accounts as needed., • Onboard new devices for employees with proper software and licenses, sending equipment to remote employees, and assist in initial training if needed., • Create and manage email accounts., • Assist contractors performing work at our 2 Summit Court building., • Organize building and facility files (both print and online) for 5 company-owned buildings., • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills., • Skilled in reading, interpreting, and preparing technical documents, manuals, reports, and correspondence., • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals., • Capable of writing clear reports and correspondence; effective communicator with customers, employees, and internal staff., • Skilled in solving practical problems and working with variables in situations lacking standardization., • Able to interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form., • Highly organized with strong time management, follow-up, and attention to detail skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines., • Working knowledge of Microsoft Admin Panel with ability to support I.T. troubleshooting., • Proficient in reading blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs., • Experienced with common tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches)., • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment., • Professional, reliable, and results-focused with a positive, upbeat attitude., • Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs., • Must have a clean and valid driver’s license., • Must successfully pass background check. EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE: • High school diploma or GED required., • 2+ years of administrative or I.T. experience preferred., • Associate degree in I.T./Computer Science preferred, not required.
