Position Summary: As a member of our Social Services Department, the Social Worker II/III (LMSW), provides patients with supportive counseling, crisis intervention, psycho-education, advocacy, and connections to support services. We are seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals for full time opportunities within our Bronx-Based Health Centers. As the Social Worker you will provide support services to children, adults, and families. This is a hybrid position for 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. New grad LMSW are welcome to apply! Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Program Director, Dayspring Youth Services FLSA: Non-Exempt DEPARTMENT: Community Services REPORTS TO: Director, Dayspring Campus LOCATION: Yonkers, NY SALARY: $50000.00 -$ 60000.00/annual SUMMARY: The Program Director of Dayspring Youth Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Dayspring After School and Summer Camp program including student recruitment, curriculum development and program implementation, supervision of Youth Counselors, program coordination, parent engagement and outreach, and program reporting. The Program Director will ensure the delivery of a safe, effective, and comprehensive program for children ages 5 to 12 years old, and may also support teens who attend the teen center, when needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversees the scheduling and implementation of weekly planned youth services activities including the development of academic, enrichment, and recreational program components., • Supervise a team of Youth Counselors.
