Role Description: GenScript is seeking a visionary Chief Strategy Officer to shape and lead our global business strategy. This role will be the driving force behind our mid- to long-term growth, working closely with a world-class executive team to expand GenScript's impact across the life sciences and biotech industry. We're looking for an innovative, strategic leader with a proven track record in driving transformative business strategies in biotech, pharma, or life sciences, leading high-level negotiations in Licensing, M&A, and Partnerships, thriving in a global environment with diverse teams and markets, and most importantly communicating with clarity and influence at the highest levels. The general estimated salary range is $250,000 - $300,000, based on experience.
