Chauffeur / Executive Protection (NYC Hamptons, NY) Division: Executive Protection Location: New York, NY 10022 Reference ID: R4200122102 Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 additional overtime Schedule & Hours • Five-day workweek, primarily Monday – Friday, • Flexibility to work weekends as needed, especially during the summer months while traveling to the Hamptons, NY., • Must be able to drive to Bridgehampton during summer months on a rotational schedule (4/5 days on, then return to NYC) A high-profile family in New York City is seeking an experienced Executive Protection / Driver to join a dedicated security team and provide secure, discreet, and professional transportation. This role requires a polished, service-oriented demeanor and the ability to combine advanced security expertise with the highest level of executive service and discretion. The ideal candidate will have experience driving for private families or individuals and a proven background in law enforcement—preferably as a former NYPD Executive Protection Detective or high-level Detective Investigator. Candidates must also hold an active HR218/permit to carry in New York. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability is essential for this role. Please note: Only candidates with both Private Chauffeur experience and a former law enforcement background will be considered for interviews. Responsibilities • Provide safe, discreet, and reliable transport, adapting to NYC traffic and schedule changes, • Conduct risk assessments, implement security measures, and collaborate with the protection team, • Team Coordination: Communicate effectively on schedules, routes, and potential risks, • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in optimal condition, • Confidentiality: Maintain strict discretion at all times, • Flexibility: Respond to varied hours, weekend work, and last-minute schedule changes, • Driving Expertise: Navigate NYC with mastery of routes, traffic patterns, and alternate paths, • Crisis Management: Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical and security incidents, • Professionalism: Represent the principal with poise; build and maintain trusted relationships, • Reporting: Maintain vehicle logs and provide timely security and transport updates, • Minimum 2-3 years of professional driving / chauffeur experience, ideally for private families or high-profile individuals, • Former law enforcement background or significant high-end security detailing experience, • Must be licensed to carry a firearm in NY, • LEOSA HR218, • Strong knowledge of NYC traffic patterns and alternate routes, • Knowledge of routes to Long Island / Hamptons, • Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours, • Excellent communication skills; professional and polished demeanor, • High level of discretion and confidentiality, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs SOCIETY STAFFING 379 West Broadway, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10012 Agency DCA License #2008231
