Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Bonus based on performance, • Competitive salary, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off, • Parental leave, • Training & development, • Vision insurance This position includes, but is not limited to, the following: Operations: • Create, refine, and implement operational processes that drive consistency and efficiency, • Conduct Welcome/Confirmation calls to clients, • Investigate and resolve damage claims quickly and professionally, • Manage moving labor and staffing to align with performance goals, • Schedule crew shifts and maintain effective coverage, • Input and monitor daily performance metrics, • Oversee truck and equipment check-in/out procedures, • Order and manage marketing supplies, • Manage end-of-day shop closing procedures, • Ensure all operations comply with safety and legal standards, • Foster a culture of accountability, punctuality, and operational excellence People:, • Hire, train, and develop team members to meet and exceed business goals, • Coach team members in the areas of sales, customer service, safety, problem-solving, and project management, • Lead by example and build a culture aligned with the companys mission and core values, • Identify and grow future leaders within the team, • Promote a respectful, honest, and team-oriented workplace Marketing & Partnerships:, • Develop and maintain partnerships with complementary local businesses, • Attend networking and professional organization events (e.g., NAPO, NASMM), • Oversee and coach sales team members, • Promote brand visibility through community engagement and local events, • Support implementation of local marketing campaigns Finance & Strategy:, • Manage the business to budget and financial targets, • Review and analyze monthly P&L reports and communicate insights to leadership, • Identify areas for operational improvement based on financial and performance data, • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategy as needed, • Structure scalable systems and tools that support sustainable growth Qualifications & Experience:, • Bachelors Degree in Business Management or relevant experience., • Ideally 3 years experience leading and managing decentralized teams in the field (eg moving, logistics, home services, etc.), OR relevant field leadership such as shift commander, lieutenant, captain, major, or similar., • Proven track record in Sales, Marketing, and Operational Management preferred., • Confident and proactive communicator; must be able to manage positive relationships with clients and team members, • Must possess the ability to make informed, data-based decisions and adapt to challenges on the fly., • Must be safety and liability conscious., • Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive process and strategy adoption amongst the team., • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills., • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively/effectively with people at all levels., • Self-disciplined, results-driven, and capable of working independently., • Retired or former law enforcement professionals are strongly encouraged to apply: We value the leadership, integrity, safety-first mindset, and respected authority that professionals from this background bring to our team environment.
