Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Beerhall Supervisor to assist in managing the daily operations of our Beerhall restaurant, bar, and outdoor pavilion. This leadership role ensures smooth shift execution, staff performance, guest satisfaction, inventory oversight, and proper opening/closing of the building and pavilion. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy setting, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Compensation & Market Comparison Hourly Rate: $25–$28 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership • Manage shifts, including daily decision-making while upholding service, quality, and cleanliness standards, • Supervise and coordinate restaurant and bar staff during opening and closing shifts, • Assist with building and pavilion closing procedures, ensuring safety and security, • Occasionally void transactions, adjust receipts, and conduct end-of-night reports, • Work closely with the Assistant Manager on daily operational tasks Guest Experience • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times (including table touches), • Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding food and service, • Maintain hospitality standards consistent with brand expectations Team Supervision • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff, • Provide direction to achieve restaurant goals, • Identify employee development opportunities and address performance issues, • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years in the hospitality industry (required), • At least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred), • Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations, • Knowledge of sanitation guidelines and safety protocols, • Experience with inventory management and cost control, • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications, • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
