Your Impact • Lead, coach, and develop high-performance teams, • Drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment, • Oversee daily execution in your department (FOH or BOH), • Build and mentor leaders to support sustainable growth, • Model servant leadership, joy, and stewardship, • Uphold Chick-fil-A’s brand standards for hospitality, food safety, and customer experience, • Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals. Proven Training & Development Roadmap • 3-month leadership training program designed to build deep operational understanding, • You’ll start by mastering every station as a Team Member — learning from the ground up before leading others, • Once you complete “All-Star” Team Member certification, you’ll begin structured leadership training, • Progression is performance-based — those who take ownership, learn fast, and demonstrate excellence grow quickly Background Profile • 5+ years of proven leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or team-based operations), • Experience leading high-performing teams (30–50+ people), • Skilled in decision-making, coaching, and relationship-building, • Servant-hearted leader with a growth mindset and passion for developing others, • Operationally involved — you thrive in the action, not just from an office, • Strong communicator with attention to detail and professionalism, • Values-driven: wisdom, integrity, tenacity, stewardship, and joy in serving others, • Spanish-speaking a plus, • Bachelor’s degree preferred, • Chick-fil-A experience preferred, but not required, • Community involvement (volunteering, mentoring, service work) strongly valued Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP.
