We're looking for hardworking, dedicated people to work in a busy office supporting the mail room. Candidates should be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and within a team. In this role you will complete physical and virtual mailing requests, complete drop-offs at post office, sign and or obtain notaries for Affirmation/Affidavits, and aid with various office services responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities • Document printing/production, • Processing and preparation of outgoing mail, • Data entry and proper record keeping., • Complete outgoing requests for delivery services companies, • Correspondence with firm's staff, • Strong organizational and clerical skills, • Basic computer skills, • Familiarity with the postal system., • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, • Tenacity to be able to work efficiently under strict deadlines, • The ability to lift heavy items and transport and/or guide up to 50 pounds of material on a cart, • Flexible, adaptable, and accountable Compensation/Benefits Compensation is for this position is $18 per hour.
