Must-Have Skills: • 2+ years of Epic Community Connect EpicCare Ambulatory build experience, • 2+ years of Epic implementation and support experience, • Knowledge of Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Dashboards, • Understanding of security assessment and end-user role design, • Experience with ServiceNow, • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently Required Certifications: • EpicCare Ambulatory, • Analysis of Clinical Tools and Reporting Badge, • Healthy Planet & Registries, • Regulatory Reporting (MIPS) Badges Preferred Qualifications: • Clinical background such as Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), • Experience working directly in clinical environments and understanding of day-to-day workflows, • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills This is a remote position.
