We believe in a collaborative, team-based approach and are passionate about making meaningful, lasting changes in the lives of our clients. Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position that involves providing services both in-clinic and in-home for clients located in the surrounding area. Responsibilities: • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments., • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans., • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians., • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions., • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers to support client success across environments., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and funding source requirements., • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
