ERP Application Manager & Super User (Healthcare) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on ERP Application Manager & Super User with strong healthcare industry experience to support our organization through the implementation, adoption, and long-term optimization of our new ERP System (go-live: 2026). This onsite role combines application administration, end-user support, process improvement, upgrade testing, and ongoing system governance. The Manager of Peer Recovery Support Services also functions as the Patient Navigator / Trainer within the OORP program. Job Duties 1. Embodies Eva’s Village’s core values, voice, and tone to provide an exceptional and effective experience for our clients, funders, employees, and volunteers., 2. Oversee, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of the RCC and OORP program, services, and staff., 3. Collaborates with the Senior and Associate Peer Services Coordinators to develop and coordinate activities and services within the Recovery Community Center, ensuring alignment with related programs, departments, and staff to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards., 4.
