You’ll bridge the gap between our providers and our patients, handling everything from clinical vitals to digital record management. Key Responsibilities * Patient Engagement: Greet patients, prepare them for examinations, and assist providers with procedures. * Clinical Duties: Perform vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and [insert specific tasks like "immunizations" or "swabs"]. * Digital Coordination: Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision and maintain our digital patient communication channels. * Administrative Support: Coordinate referrals, manage prescriptions refills, and ensure exam rooms are stocked and sterilized. * Advocacy: Act as a primary point of contact for patient questions, providing clear instructions and empathetic follow-up. What You Bring * Certification: High school diploma/GED and a CMA or RMA certification (preferred). * Tech-Savvy: Comfort with modern EHR systems and a "digital-first" mindset. * Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to stay calm under pressure. * Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that others might miss, from a typo in a chart to a patient who looks a little extra anxious.
