Job Description The Role The Science Camp Office Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations and efficiency of summer camp at Liberty Science Center. Key responsibilities include: * Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for camp families via phone and email; also communicate changes in campers’ schedule and other key information to our camp staff. * Administration: Manage registrations, camper files, etc * Logistics & Inventory: Tracking office supplies, camp equipment, and managing the camp store. * Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service . * Camper Support: Assist with the supervision and engagement of campers.
