Job DescriptionCall Center Representative Job Description (Parsippany, NJ) The Position: The focus of the Call Center Representative at BCS is to provide a "White-Glove" experience for inbound and outbound callers for BCS clients. There is both a component of outbound calling and answering inbound calls/inquiries. The individual selected for this role will spend 8 hours each day on the phone working with BCS customers. This role is critical to client satisfaction and the continued success of BCS. Responsibilities: Outbound Efforts • Outbound calls and emails to connect with customers and invite them to register or renew their registration., • Outbound calls for follow-ups on existing records., • Answer all inbound phone calls received by the BCS main number., • Work with the caller to identify and resolve questions or issues., • Handle vendor registrations and troubleshoot payment issues., • Enthusiasm and passion for assisting other people and contributing to the success of a hyper-growth company., • Familiarity and comfort with modern tools like CRM software., • Ability to spend 8 hours of the workday on the phone if needed., • Ability to work without significant oversight in a fast-changing environment., • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and analytical., • Personable, professional, and able to talk to customers in a concise, neighborly manner., • Possess a professional and helpful attitude with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)., • Knowledge of Spanish is very helpful. Job Requirements: • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills., • Comfortability and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone with customers., • Required to work in-office 5 days per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm., • $19.50 hourly base pay rate., • Bi-annual pay rate increases based on performance., • Healthcare Coverage including Medical, Vision, and Dental for Full-time employees., • 401(k) with company matching., • Paid holidays and paid time off., • Ability to gain up to 2 remote days each week based on tenure.
