Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership while also contributing to multiple ongoing projects across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to track deadlines and deliverables, and the agility to manage shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare expense reports., • Serve as a professional and proactive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders., • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, meeting materials, and presentations., • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality., • Support executives in managing multiple concurrent projects by tracking milestones, deadlines, action items, and deliverables., • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure timely execution., • Prepare status summaries, consolidate information, and surface issues that need executive attention., • Assist in organizing project-related meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up tasks., • Maintain organized filing systems, shared documents, and project tracking tools., • Assist with meeting minutes, capturing decisions, risks, and required next steps., • Support ad-hoc tasks, research, and administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations.Qualifications:, • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role., • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with excellent attention to detail., • Proven ability to track deadlines, manage competing priorities, and follow tasks through completion., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems., • Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.Hours:, • 8:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Contract to HireAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
