The Pre-Construction PM will collaborate with executives, design professionals, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are thoroughly planned, budgeted, and scheduled before construction begins. Risk & Compliance Management: • Identify project risks (financial, schedule, constructibility) and develop mitigation plans., • Ensure all pre-construction activities adhere to building codes, zoning, permitting, and environmental requirements., • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)., • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within the construction industry., • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, cost control, and scheduling., • Proficiency in project management and estimating software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar)., • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines., • Experience with wood frame multifamily and mixed-use developments valued at $25M+., • Familiarity with sustainable design, LEED certification, or energy-efficient building practices., • Base Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 annually (good-faith estimate; based on experience and scope)., • Performance-based bonus opportunities available., • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits., • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
