Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to both the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This role requires exceptional organizational judgment, discretion, and the ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities across two senior executives in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. Key responsibilities include: • Manage complex calendars for the CHRO and CAO, including scheduling internal meetings, external engagements, board-related activities, and travel across time zones, • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, expenses, and last-minute changes, • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications, prioritizing requests, and exercising sound judgment on sensitive matters, • Prepare and edit presentations, meeting materials, briefing documents, and internal communications, • Support HR and administrative leadership initiatives, including talent-related programs, culture initiatives, compliance activities, and internal events, • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across the firm to ensure alignment and seamless execution, • Track deliverables, deadlines, and action items to support effective follow-up and execution, • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism, • Assist with ad hoc projects and special initiatives as requested by the CHRO and CAO Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment, • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and operate independently, • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required Salary: $110,000-$130,000 The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
