The Kidney Care Center has two clinic locations in Lubbock, TX and Hobbs, NM. We offer Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis for patients. Our clinics are open Monday-Saturday. Closed on Sundays. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of both the hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis departments., • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide compassionate, patient-centered care., • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes., • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards., • Monitor and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for dialysis treatment., • Oversee the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs., • Act as a resource and support for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and questions., • Prepare and submit reports on clinic performance and outcomes., • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the clinic., • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members. Providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities to ensure staff meetings and in-services elevate your staff performance., • Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and open communication., • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and the local community., • Support the clinical staff to ensure patient treatments are uninterrupted. What we are looking for • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active state nursing license., • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the dialysis field., • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with previous experience in a clinical or supervisory role., • Strong knowledge of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures and protocols., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team., • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and reports., • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards., • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail., • Ability to project a professional image., • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements., • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills., • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant., • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
