Implementation Manager 📍Remote, Full-Time, Travel Required) | $80,000-$110,000 + Benefits Company HQ: New York City About Meela The Mission: At Meela, we’re building phone-based AI tools for older adults and the people who care for them. Many older adults face loneliness as technology shifts away from familiar tools, while caregivers and senior living staff face growing burnout. Meela helps address both through simple, voice-based companionship for residents and practical support for care teams. We believe AI can support well-being without replacing human care. The goal is to build empathetic, useful tools that foster connection, reduce emotional strain, and make everyday care more sustainable. The Momentum: Meela is backed by tier-one venture capital and is live in senior living communities across the U.S. Adoption is growing community by community, and demand is outpacing our ability to keep up. The focus now is scaling responsibly while improving the product in close partnership with the people who use it. The Team: Meela is a mission-driven team of passionate engineers, operators, and senior living veterans building real-world products for an underserved population. If this mission excites you and you enjoy fast-paced, high-ownership environments, we’d love to hear from you. The Role We're looking for an Implementation Manager who will own the entire lifecycle of a Meela community launch — from the first executive conversation to long-term adoption. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role requiring the ability to operate at every level of an organization: securing buy-in from executive directors and ownership groups, equipping frontline care staff with the tools to succeed, and ensuring residents and their families feel confident and connected. You will be the face of Meela in the field, responsible for making every launch smooth, every stakeholder aligned, and every resident feel seen. This role also supports light marketing and growth initiatives, including social media content, customer success stories, and go-to-market coordination, as we scale. End-to-End Implementation • Own the full implementation process from contract signing to post-launch stabilization — no handoffs, no gaps, • Develop and execute customized launch plans for each community, accounting for size, staff structure, and resident demographics, • Coordinate and lead on-site and remote launch activities, ensuring every stakeholder is prepared and confident, • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation journey, providing clear communication and proactive updates, • Track adoption metrics including activation, utilization, and resident satisfaction — and act on what you find, • Flag issues early, escalate appropriately, and work cross-functionally to resolve them fast Staff Education & Enablement • Educate and train frontline care staff, nurses, and activities teams on Meela's value and how to champion it with residents and families, • Create a culture of adoption within each community by identifying internal champions and equipping them with the tools to lead, • Deliver clear, engaging training sessions tailored to different learning styles and comfort levels with technology, • Provide ongoing check-ins and support to ensure staff confidence doesn't drop after launch day What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or a similar field-based role — ideally in senior living, healthcare, or a related care environment, • Deep familiarity with senior living operations, including how communities are structured, how decisions get made, and what executive directors and care teams actually care about, • A track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts from start to finish — you've done this before and have the wins to show for it, • Proven ability to earn trust and drive buy-in at the executive level, not just with frontline staff, • Natural communicator who can flex between a boardroom conversation with an ownership group and a hands-on training session with CNAs, • Highly organized and self-directed — you can manage multiple community launches simultaneously without dropping the ball, • Comfortable with travel, • Social media or marketing content experience is a bonus What Success Looks Like • Executive stakeholders are aligned, informed, and actively championing Meela within their organizations, • Communities launch smoothly, on time, and with high staff confidence, • Residents are successfully onboarded, actively engaged, and experiencing measurable benefit, • Frontline staff feel equipped and enthusiastic — not burdened — by Meela, • Adoption metrics trend up post-launch with minimal drop-off, • Clear, proactive communication flows between communities and the internal Meela team What We Offer • $80,000–$110,000 salary + equity — join early and share in what we're building, • Full health insurance, 401(k), and a daily lunch stipend, • Ownership and autonomy from day one, • A fast-growing team with opportunities to step into leadership as we scale
