We are a poultry processing plant in Vineland NJ. This manager will be responsible for the proper operation of the facility. We slaughter poultry 5 days a week on first shift only. Requirement 1. Experience in poultry processing management is required. 2. Ability to lead multiple teams with the help of subordinate supervisors, including slaughter team, evisecration line, packing team, deboneing and future processing team, maintenance team, cleaning team and logistics. 3. As we are a USDA inspected plant this position must keep accurate detailed records and handle a good PM schedule in order to keep equipment running properly. 4. Some computer skills are necessary for communication and record keeping.
