The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating & sales as it relates to residential remodels, cabinetry and millwork. The Estimator will be responsible for creating scope of work, quantity take-offs, managing budgets and project costs. Essential duties and responsibilities Utility locating (Fieldwork) • Respond to locate requests: Receive and prioritize service requests (e.g., 811 "Call Before You Dig" tickets) from contractors, engineers, and property owners., • Perform fieldwork: Travel to job sites to accurately locate and mark underground utility lines., • Interpret plans: Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, as-builts, and utility maps to aid in the location process and to verify existing records., • Create and update CAD drawings: Prepare and revise construction and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
