Responsibilities Personalized Care: * • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting., • Provide mobility support, helping clients transfer from bed to chair, walking, or using mobility aids., • Ensure that clients take their medications on time, providing medication reminders and support.Developmental and Behavioral Support:, • Implement individualized care plans tailored to each clients needs and goals., • Assist clients with building life skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care., • Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behaviors and minimize challenges.Companionship and Social Interaction:, • Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to reduce isolation and promote social engagement., • Engage clients in recreational and social activities that enhance emotional well-being and promote independence., • Foster meaningful relationships that improve the overall quality of life for clients.Health and Safety Monitoring:, • Observe and report any changes in clients physical or emotional health to family members or healthcare providers., • Ensure a safe environment by maintaining a clean, hazard-free space and preventing accidents or injuries., • Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients are following dietary requirements.Collaboration with Families and Healthcare Providers:, • Maintain open communication with clients families to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure comprehensive care., • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans and ensure clients needs are met.Qualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in caregiving, special education, or health-related fields are a plus., • 0-1 year of Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred., • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on job duties., • Strong communication skills to interact with clients, families, and other team members., • Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting, walking assistance, and performing household tasksClearances and Certifications:, • Clean background check with no open CPS or APS registry., • Valid Figure print Clearance Card, • Valid CPR and First Aid certification., • Completion of Article 9, • DCW (Direct Care Worker) Training.Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
