You will play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Job DescriptionAs the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Greeting patients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanorChecking in patients and verifying their demographic and payment informationScheduling appointments and managing the clinic scheduleAssisting patients with questions and concernsMaintaining patient records and updating them as needed.Coordinating with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
