Job description: ROLE SUMMARY The Growth Manager is a driven, results-oriented person who excels at building strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Equipped with a business development mindset, the Growth Manager proactively seeks ways to expand lead volume, improve quality, and build scalable frameworks for future partnerships. This person supports a unique balance of influence and decisiveness, making them effective at driving results, communicating expectations, and ensuring alignment across leadership, team leads, and external partners. While working within the team is a component of the role, creating relationships and being highly influential with external organizations will be the role's primary focus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Growth Partnership Ownership • Define: Channel Account - entities that create and provide lead opportunities to the team; Zillow Preferred, Opendoor, Realtor.com, OpCity, Redfin, etc., • Serve as the full owner and primary liaison for all channel account relationships, • Develop and growth of channel accounts to provide an abundance of high-quality opportunities to the team., • Resolves escalations on behalf of Team Leaders for any partner-related issues, systematic errors, agent concerns, or performance questions., • Negotiate or influence lead flow, including volume increases, quality improvements, and buyer/seller balance., • Maintain and strengthen partner relationship health through consistent communication, reporting, and follow-through. Lead Flow Optimization • Maintain high-level awareness and fully understand the expectations, KPIs, and behaviors required by each channel account., • Identify trends and insights to inform coaching strategy for stakeholders (not direct agent accountability)., • Understand and interpret lead flow trends, market allocations, partner scoring, and volume opportunities., • Advise partners on the team’s capacity, performance, and readiness for increases in volume. Internal Collaboration & Communication • Cascade all partner updates, initiatives, scoring criteria, and strategic shifts to internal stakeholders., • Create and maintain SOPs for all channel accounts, detailing requirements, workflows, escalations, and expected agent behaviors., • Attend regular meetings with stakeholders when needed. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Required Experience • 2+ years in the real estate related industry, corporate account management, operations, or channel partner management., • Tech forward mindset, • Experience working with all functions of G-Suite, CRMs (FUB preferred), and other real estate tech Preferred Experience • Experience with Prop Tech Platforms, • Experience bridging structured corporate environments with fast-moving 1099 sales environments., • Experience within established Channels: Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Opendoor, etc. Skills • Exceptional communication and diplomacy, • Strong project management and follow-through, • Ability to analyze lead flow trends and partner data, • Skilled at building relationships across diverse personality types, • Comfortable presenting to leadership and external partners, • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action, • Strong documentation and process-building ability KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) • Growth of Lead Sources, • Growth of Lead flow (volume and quality) across all channel accounts, • Alignment and compliance with partner expectations, • Successful rollout of SOPs for all channel accounts, • Successful onboarding or development of new channel partners, • Reduction in escalations through proactive communication and clarity SALARY $50,000 Base + Production Bonus On-Track Earnings of $70k - $85k Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Health savings account, • Paid time off, • Vision insurance License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Peoria, AZ 85382 (Required), • Work Location: In person
