About this role We are hiring experienced Commercial/Industrial Journeyman Electricians to work on new and existing facilities within a 50-mile radius of Surprise, AZ. This role is hands-on: you will install, repair, and troubleshoot wiring, fixtures, motors, panels, and distribution equipment on commercial construction and service jobs. You will work alongside foremen and other trades, read blueprints and schematics, complete work orders, and track materials and labor. Safety is a must-follow OSHA and site-specific safety rules. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; candidates must have at least 5 years of commercial electrical experience. What you'll do • Install and repair wiring, fixtures, motors, relays, switches, panels, and related electrical apparatus per blueprints and electrical code, • Install, connect, and maintain control and distribution equipment in new and existing commercial/industrial facilities, • Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduit and power supply wiring using hand and power tools, • Diagnose and repair electrical circuits and equipment using testing instruments; verify continuity and safety, • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals; complete work orders and accurately report material and labor, • Maintain tools and equipment, keep job sites clean, and follow OSHA and site safety procedures What we're looking for • Minimum 5 years' commercial/industrial electrical experience as a journeyman, • OSHA 30 certification required, • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; able to travel within a 50-mile radius of Surprise, AZ, • Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, • Skilled in conduit bending, panel work, motor and control installation, and testing with multimeters and other instruments, • Able to pass background check and drug screen; physically able to lift, climb, and work in varied conditions Qualifications • OSHA 30 (required), • Journeyman electrician credential or state journeyman/license (preferred), • Ability to pass background and drug screening, • Valid driver's license, • Proficient in English (reading blueprints and written work orders), • Comfortable meeting physical demands of construction work What we offer • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Overtime opportunities and consistent scheduling, • Tool allowance or reimbursement and PPE provided, • Training and certification reimbursement to grow your skills Ready to apply?
