Lead accident investigations when incidents occur, analyze root causes, and recommend preventative measures to mitigate future risks. Ensure all construction activities comply with ANSI standards, NEC codes, occupational health guidelines, and construction workplace safety regulations. Skills Extensive knowledge of NYC DOB construction safety requirements and regulatory compliance standards. Proven experience in risk management, occupational health, and construction workplace safety management. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, ANSI standards, and electrical safety procedures. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes. Demonstrated leadership in team management and safety training implementation on active construction sites. Ability to perform thorough hazard assessments and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
