Job Description MAIN FUNCTION: The AI Implementation Lead will drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI across the business. This role will direct the development and execution of AI initiatives that align with business objectives, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies and strong project management discipline. The position drives AI projects from inception through deployment, ensures effective adoption across the business, and supports governance and best practices through the establishment and operation of a Microsoft AI and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience: Executive‑level experience leading AI, technology, or digital transformation initiatives, • Proven ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands‑on implementer, • Technical Proficiency: In-depth, practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Azure‑based AI solutions, machine learning algorithms, and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java., • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data sets and derive actionable insights to inform AI solutions., • Project Management Skills: Strong project and program management skills, • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a results-driven mindset, capable of conveying AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders., • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions during AI system deployment., • Adaptability: Strategic and Tactical with a Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into business processes., • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. MICROSOFT AI & PLATFORM STRATEGY PNY is primarily a Microsoft-centric environment, and this role is expected to leverage Microsoft’s AI as the preferred and default foundation for enterprise AI adoption. At the same time, the organization recognizes that not all innovation will be exclusively Microsoft-based. The intent is not to mandate a 100% Microsoft-only approach, but to establish clear guardrails that enable innovation while preventing technology sprawl and Shadow IT. Key focus areas include: • Microsoft-First Platform Strategy: Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as the primary platforms for scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI solutions., • Center of Excellence (CoE) Enablement: Support the design, rollout, and ongoing operation of the Microsoft AI / Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) by defining guardrails, standards, policies, and lifecycle management practices that reduce redundant tooling, control technology sprawl, and mitigate Shadow IT., • Technology Evaluation & Exceptions: Evaluate non-Microsoft AI tools and solutions when there is a justified business or technical need, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards., • Governance & Compliance: Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to ensure all AI and automation solutions—Microsoft and non-Microsoft—comply with organizational policies, data privacy requirements, and approved architectural patterns., • Business & IT Liaison: Act as a technical and functional liaison between business users and IT to enable responsible, governed innovation while maintaining flexibility, speed, and consistency across departments. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: • Executive Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to align AI strategies with organizational goals and secure necessary resources., • Department Heads: Work closely with heads of various departments to identify AI integration opportunities and ensure smooth implementation., • Data Scientists and Engineers: Coordinate with technical teams to oversee the development, optimization, and deployment of AI models., • IT and Security Teams: Ensure AI systems comply with data privacy regulations and maintain robust security standards., • End Users: Provide training and support to employees to facilitate effective utilization of AI systems. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Execute PNY’s AI implementation strategy aligned to business priorities, • Identify and lead high‑impact AI use cases across sales, marketing, operations, and corporate functions, • Lead AI initiatives end‑to‑end—from roadmap through deployment and adoption, • Hands‑on implementation of Microsoft AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI, • Apply strong project and program management to deliver on time and on budget, • Partner cross‑functionally and with ecosystem leaders (Microsoft, NVIDIA, ISVs, SIs), • Utilize and refine the best practices for AI governance, security, and change management, • Successfully deploy multiple AI solutions for PNY operations, • Demonstrate measurable business impact (productivity gains, cost savings, revenue enablement), • Achieve strong user adoption and executive sponsorship, • Standardize AI implementation best practices across the organization, • Position PNY with a scalable, repeatable AI delivery model COMPENSATION: The base salary range for this position is $200,00.00 to $250,000.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
