Project Management • Develop and manage project timelines, update status trackers, and follow internal processes to ensure smooth, on-time delivery, in line with SOPs and flagging any risks or issues to the SAM/AD through agreed SOP channels., • Coordinate and ensure delivery of live/virtual/hybrid events (e.g. logistics, materials, registrations, supplier liaison)., • Coordinate print and shipping coordination, supports the development of on-site packs and pre-meeting materials as required., • Process copyright permission approvals and reference purchasing as required. Order references and ensure these are filed appropriately., • Maintain organized project folders and consistent file naming and sharing practices in line with SOPs., • Perform online and database searches for journal and congress information to support project delivery as required. Financial Management • Manage financial tracking and invoicing under the guidance of the SAM/AD, including raising job numbers, budget development and tracking, invoicing, and reporting using CMAP (financial data tracking tool)., • Track time accurately and record it weekly to support project efficiency and productivity., • Proactively flag any financial or timeline concerns to the SAM/AD to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule, in line with SOPs. Client Management • Contribute to delivering high-quality client experiences and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions., • Build strong working relationships with client contacts, authors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)., • Prepare client meeting contact reports and status sheet updates and assist in basic project delivery discussions., • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams, and ensures all correspondence and documentation comply with Prime’s SOP communication guidance (Teams, email, meeting notes). Database and Approvals Management • Create records and maintain all aspects of database and approvals management systems, ensuring project records, documents, and approvals are accurately maintained in accordance with Client’s timelines, publication process and publication database guidelines., • Comply with defined approval and quality-control workflow (upload, track, and maintain approval records) to ensure project materials are complete, compliant, and retrievable., • Ensure the database record meets Good Publication Practice guidelines and that all steps are complete, with fully auditable documentation trail., • Responsibility for Publication Platform audits, • Proactively identify inconsistencies or missing information and work with internal teams to resolve issues. Who we are Canyon is a nonprofit arts venue opening in 2026 on the Lower East Side of NYC, dedicated to the exhibition of time-based media art and performance. Position Overview The IT Manager reports directly to Canyon's VP of Art & Technology and leads all technology operations for the institution. As Canyon's first IT Manager, this individual will establish and manage all core IT infrastructure while working alongside specialized technical teams-including AV engineers in Exhibitions and conservation technicians in Canyon's conservation center-to ensure seamless integration across all technology systems. This includes ensuring that Canyon's infrastructure supports high-performance media art installations, live events, visitor services, retail operations, and back-office systems. The IT Manager will maintain a secure, scalable, and efficient network that underpins all digital and audiovisual systems across the organization. Working across the Exhibitions, Conservation, Facilities, and Operations divisions, the IT Manager will plan, implement, and maintain integrated AV/IT systems that bridge creative and administrative workflows. Initially operating as a hands-on sole IT practitioner, they will manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contracts for technology systems, coordinate with integrators and service providers, and develop best practices for cybersecurity, access control, and data integrity. The occupational therapist works with a caseload of students in 6th-12th grade. Clinical services in our Upper School are provided in a highly collaborative and integrated manner so as to generalize skills for success in natural and nuanced environments. Occupational therapists have the opportunity to receive mentorship from senior clinicians, as well as through our consultative services provided by Special Programs in Occupational Therapy Services (SPOTS), a highly-regarded practice in New York City. What You'll Do Brand Identity & Visual Systems * Evolve and steward Filevine's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and integrity across all touchpoints * Assist in maintaining a comprehensive brand design system — including typography, color, iconography, illustration, photography direction, and layout principles * Enforce brand guidelines, empowering cross-functional teams and external partners to apply the brand correctly Campaign & Content Design * Concept and execute compelling visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, out-of-home, and print * Design materials for product launches, demand generation, thought leadership, and brand awareness initiatives * Translate complex ideas and messaging into clear, engaging visual narratives Digital & Motion Design * Design high-quality digital experiences including landing pages, web graphics, display ads, and social content * Develop motion graphics and animated assets for video, social, and presentations, bringing the brand to life through movement * Partner with web and product teams to ensure visual consistency across digital surfaces Cross-Functional Collaboration * Act as a creative partner to Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams, translating their goals into polished, on-brand visual solutions * Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters to develop cohesive concepts from brief through final delivery * Partner with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and production vendors to oversee and elevate brand output Creative Leadership * Contribute to creative briefs, conceptual development, and brand strategy conversations * Provide design feedback and mentorship to junior designers and cross-functional contributors * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a high-velocity environment * Continuously raise the bar for creative quality and champion a culture of design excellence What You'll Need Required * 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with significant time spent in-house at a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company (agency experience in addition to in-house is a plus) * A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, marketing campaigns, digital design, and multi-channel creative execution (Visual portfolio is required for consideration) * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma * Deep understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout * Experience developing and maintaining brand design systems and guidelines * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions to stakeholders Preferred * Experience with motion design and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar) * Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS basics, or working alongside development teams * Experience designing for B2B or enterprise technology audiences * Exposure to AI-powered design tools and an enthusiasm for integrating emerging technology into creative workflows * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience Important Note This position may be hybrid or remote, with regular in-person engagement expected when collaborating with the broader marketing team, attending key events, or overseeing major production efforts. Location flexibility is available for exceptional candidates. Compensation Information: $100,000 - $150,000 The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
