Role Description Amare Wear is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Soho location. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, overseeing daily store operations, and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while maintaining consistent service standards and product knowledge. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Manage scheduling, shift coverage, performance reviews, and ongoing team development. Sales & Customer Experience Drive store sales and exceed performance goals. Maintain the highest quality standards for all permanent jewelry services. Assist customers with welding services and customizations. Laser engraving experience is preferred. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience. Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more employees. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or boutique retail preferred. Permanent jewelry welding experience required. Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude. Passion for mentoring and developing team members. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Business, Fashion, or a related field is a plus.
