Collaboration & Execution • Work closely with business and application teams to prioritize and deliver solutions based on ROI and urgency., • Lead team collaboration sessions to ensure rapid response to evolving business needs., • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and support structures are in place. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)., • Minimum of 5+ years of IT Innovation and Development experience., • Experience in the food industry or distribution preferred., • Strong knowledge and experience of:, • ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred), • Application development frameworks and integration technologies, • Salesforce platform and ecosystem (TaskRay experience preferred), • AI, automation, and digital innovation tools, • Agentic AI platform, development, governance, • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management practices., • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, result-driven environment., • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational stability., • Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement., • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business operations. Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000, plus bonus. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
