Job Description Client Relationship Specialist Mesa, AZ | $75,000–$80,000 per year | Full-Time, Onsite/Hybrid About the Role The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) plays a key role in supporting our financial advisors and clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong, professional relationships. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities • Partner with financial advisors to deliver outstanding client service and support during meetings and communications., • Respond promptly to client service requests such as withdrawals, deposits, address changes, account access, and paperwork corrections., • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive meetings, service calls, and ongoing communication., • Accurately prepare and process new account forms, service documents, and related paperwork., • Utilize CRM and portfolio management systems (e.g., Salesforce/XLR8, Envestnet/Tamarac, Schwab Advisor Center) to manage client data and updates., • Conduct research and resolve account or transaction inquiries., • Submit trade requests with precise instructions to the trading team., • Assist with client onboarding, portal setup, and general financial operations support., • Support special projects as assigned by leadership.
