Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Data Specialist to join our team. The Customer Service Data Analyst is responsible for collecting and organizing data within Dialight. This role involves data entry, data validation, and data analysis, requiring strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data, update data, and maintain database, • Review and verify data for discrepancies and ensure consistency, • Support the team in maintaining data integrity, • Ensure appropriate turnaround time, • Interpret the information and communicate with the necessary parties to assure accuracy of data input, • Attention to detail, • Strong organizational skills – ability to multitask, • Problem-solving abilities, • Adaptability to new challenges, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Collaborative mindset - works well within a team environment, • Ability to work on various platforms, • On the job training, • Working one on one with a member of the team, • The ability to grow within the company
