Job Description CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Lead Executive Director Level MUST be local to NYC or MetroPark (Iselin, NJ), Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite Salary Range: $200k to $250k No Sponsorship Available We're seeking a seasoned PAM leader with deep financial services experience to drive the firm's privileged access strategy, governance, and execution. This role oversees the PAM engineering and operations team, ensuring scalable, compliant, and effective solutions across all platforms and environments. Key Responsibilities • Define and deliver a multi-year PAM roadmap aligned to enterprise risk, regulatory requirements, and audit findings., • Act as SME for PAM with executives, regulators, and audit teams, ensuring alignment with IAM and security architecture., • Lead and develop the PAM team, driving privileged account onboarding, session monitoring, password rotation, and automation through tools like CyberArk, SailPoint, and Splunk., • Remediate PAM-related audit findings, enforce break-glass controls, and automate quarterly privileged access reviews., • 10+ years in IAM/Information Security, with 5+ years in dedicated PAM leadership roles., • Proven experience in financial services environments managing regulatory and audit requirements., • Deep expertise in CyberArk; strong knowledge of SailPoint, Splunk, and related IAM technologies., • Strong technical understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows, Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and databases., • Success implementing Just-in-Time access, session monitoring, and onboarding at scale., • Familiarity with control frameworks (NIST CSF 2.0, CRI)., • PAM expertise with heavy CyberArk focus, • Regulatory/audit experience in financial services, • Excellent communication and leadership skills
