Job DescriptionThe Education Behavior Specialist provides direct person-centered behavioral services in the Children’s Education Program. The Education Behavior Specialist works under the direction of the supervising Behavior Analyst (BA) and alongside Education Administration to conduct observations, assist in writing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs, provide training on behavior intervention plans/skill acquisition plans, oversee data collection on BIPs and skill acquisition programs, promote PBIS and Tier 1 supports and provide direct intervention as necessary.
