General Duties: - Prepare financial statements, journal entries and account reconciliations. Ensure accuracy of accounting and financial data. - Process the Accounts Payable function, including vendor onboarding, managing payments and handling vendor communications. - Process the Accounts Receivable function, including monitoring AR aging, following up on collections, and reconciling account status. - Maintain company general ledger and manage the month-end close. - Monitor multiple bank and credit card accounts and reconcile bank statement monthly. - Manage cash and employee reimbursements. - Collaborate with outside CPA and assist annual audit, 1099 and tax preparations. - Perform other Accounting/Finance/Admin/HR duties or projects as necessary.
