Job DescriptionDescription: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Senior Service Provider (SP) Supervisor will help build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to ensure high-quality services are being provided to youth and families. They will collaborate with the Behavioral Health Services Administration Team and Service Providers to grow and implement standards and processes. The Senior SP Supervisor will be responsible for email correspondence, maintaining case documentation, and communicating upcoming deadlines to Service Providers promptly.
