Director of Quality Assurance Curtiss Wright's Target Rock (TR) Business Unit located in East Farmingdale, NY is looking multifaceted leader to head up our Quality Department. TR is 200,000 square foot, heavy manufacturing facility with a staff of 320 team members. As our Director of Quality Assurance you will report directly to the General Manager, as a Senior Leader Team member, and be responsible for directing and managing the TR Quality Management System. The successful candidate must be able to navigate complex quality systems and issues in our United States Navy and Nuclear markets. They must also drive product and process improvement while significantly enhancing Quality Assurance and Quality Control effectiveness and capabilities. You must embody our Quality First culture. Salary range: $170,000 - $210,000 plus bonus opportunity Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in New York.
