Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Previous experience in Sea Food Industries, Knowledge of Sea Food Products, Freezer Warehouse Environment, • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions., • Must be PC knowledgeable, with the ability to navigate basic computer programs, • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn., • Ability to work in cold, wet environments for extended periods., • Comfortable lifting heavy boxes, seafood crates, and ice (up to 50 lbs.), • Standing for long shifts and working in fast-paced conditions., • Basic mechanical aptitude., • Good teamwork and communication skills., • Awareness of workplace safety practices., • Understanding of various fish and seafood types (fresh, frozen, shellfish)., • Ability to identify quality, freshness, and proper handling requirements., • Filleting, scaling, trimming, de-boning, and portioning various fish species., • Using knives and seafood tools safely and efficiently., • Packaging, labeling, and weighing products accurately. MCGS operates Mount Carmel Guild Academy, a private out-of-district placement for children within special education, for grades PRE-K-12. The Academy is located in West Orange, New Jersey. Mount Carmel Guild Academy is currently seeking a full-time School Nurse. The school nurse’s primary functions are to monitor the health of the children, treat children as necessary, and maintain health records. The school nurse’s other duties also include, but are not limited to, assessing student health on a daily basis, assisting parents with student health concerns, administering medications to students, and coordinating in-service education. Job Description Duties: Controls access to all parts of the facility Meets and assists patients, staff and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Provides escorts as requested or needed Conducts foot patrols of buildings and premises to prevent or detect fire, theft, vandalism and tresspassing. Takes the appropriate action as necessary Monitors the conduct of all visitors while on hospital property, stops unauthorized persons for questioning as needed Controls disordered persons and emergency situations. Contacts the Police and/or Fire Dept. as necessary. Completes written reports, which include, but are not limited to the following: daily activities, incidents, traffic and safety investigation reports. Secures and/or unlocks offices and premises. Restrains patients when necessary, Maintains a current, valid driver's license. Controls access to the facility and parking areas. Assists in providing additional shift coverage as required or needed. Maintain means of contact and availability regarding emergency and overtime situations.
