Assess and enhance overall HR operations to improve agency functioning and increase staff retention such as job descriptions, compensation equity, performance review and enhancement, supervisory training and procedures. 9. Ensure that all new employees receive all components of the new employee orientation and training as per their position. 10. Develop and implement training to increase staff skills and competency, access outside resources to provide additional training.
