Provide detailed written reports with identified needs and treatment strategies., • Support Educational Teams – Collaborate with educators and therapists to model and facilitate the use of oral motor techniques, visuals, and language strategies. Help create a consistent, supportive communication environment across settings., • Work Collaboratively – Serve as an active member of an interdisciplinary team. Participate in regular meetings, share insights, and contribute to whole-child approaches to care., • Engage with Families – Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers to share progress, provide strategies, and support home-school consistency., • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology., • Connecticut State License in Speech-Language Pathology., • Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff.
