SIJC is seeking a Clinician, Supervised Release Program (SRP). Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinician, SRP will be licensed a social worker and mental health practitioner responsible for providing therapeutically-informed support to participants. This position will leverage exemplary clinical and interpersonal skills to provide clinical support to participants enrolled in the program. Specifically, the Clinician, SRP will facilitate CBT-informed sessions for all Tier 2 participants, provide short-term counseling for any participant identified as a strong candidate for mental health support, and external referrals to therapy, as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. * Proficiency in data management, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and other administrative software is required. * Prior experience in administrative support, office management, program coordination, or working in schools is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered. * Familiarity with DOE policies, youth programming, and community school models is a plus. * Experience working with families, students, and diverse communities is preferred. * Must be punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a part-time schedule during school hours, with occasional evening events as required.
