Job DescriptionBath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! Were seeking dedicated team members (that we call our Tunifiers) to join our team and complete bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking an experienced, career minded remodeler or construction professional who is willing to learn new techniques and looking for a stable, well-paying career. • Open Door Policy: Speak to the owner at any time. We want you to feel comfortable working in a non-toxic environment., • Perform full bathroom remodel work: demo, substrate preparation, waterproofing, plumbing rough-in, electrical (light/vent/fan, outlets), and final trim, • Lay tile (walls, floors, niches, showers) to high standard cuts, grout, transitions, leveling, etc., • Read drawings, plans, and field measure, • Collaborate with project leads / foremen to maintain schedule and quality, • Diagnose and fix on-site field issues (e.g. plumbing quirks, framing problems), • Maintain clean, safe job sites, • Interact professionally with homeowners when needed, • Report progress, order materials, flag issues proactively Qualifications / Must-Haves: • Several years of direct experience in bathroom remodels / tile / bath installs, • Strong tile skills (cutting complex shapes, layout, waterproofing, grout, transitions), • Basic plumbing knowledge (pipes, drains, fittings, valves), • Basic electrical skills (wiring lights, fans, GFCI circuits), • Ability to read plans and use measuring tools, • Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, commitment to craftsmanship, • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, • Good communication skills, mindset of ownership Preferred • Experience with tub-to-shower conversions, curbless showers, niche walls, pan systems, • Experience in waterproof membrane systems (e.g. Schluter, RedGard, Kerdi), • Experience with tile backsplashes, mosaics, accent work, • OSHA or safety training, • Valid drivers license, • Ability to lift heavy objects., • Experience with trim carpentry, cabinet installation, or other trade requiring specific cuts and high attention to detail.
