Job Description Panorama Art Corp Business Development/Sales Specialist (Windows & Doors) Location: Montclair, NJ Panorama Art Corp is an authorized dealer and certified installer for Pella and Marvin products across the New York and New Jersey markets. With 18 years of industry experience, a reputation for excellence, and a deep commitment to architects, contractors, and developers, we deliver window systems that combine design, performance, durability, and compliance, including complex LPC regulatory requirements. We are growing and seeking a motivated Business Development/Sales Specialist with strong experience in the window industry and one of the following manufacturers: Pella, Marvin, Andersen, Sierra Pacific, Lepage, or Kolbe. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role focused on expanding our presence with contractors, builders, designers, architects, and developers, not homeowners. Key Responsibilities • Cultivate new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and multi-family developers across NJ., • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of commercial and residential project partners., • Present Panorama Art's technical capabilities, design options, and installation solutions to industry professionals., • Advise clients on the best window systems for new construction, replacements, and historic or landmark-adjacent projects., • Strengthen relationships with architects and design teams to influence specifications and project planning., • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, code-compliant proposals and submittals., • Participate in site visits, contractor meetings, and industry events to promote the brand., • Coordinate closely with operations and installation teams to support a seamless customer experience from proposal to completion. Qualifications • Prior experience in the windows and doors industry is required., • Solid understanding of window materials, performance, installation methods, and energy efficiency requirements., • The ideal candidate must have experience selling products from at least one of the following manufacturers: Pella, Marvin, Anderson, Sierra Pacific, LePage, and/or Colby & Colby., • Existing NJ construction, architectural, or developer relationships are a strong advantage., • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development., • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills., • Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and compliance requirements., • Professional, self-motivated, and comfortable representing a high-quality brand in the field., • Full-time, W-2 position., • Pay: $45,000 base salary + up to 7.5% commission on net revenue., • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company At Panorama Art, we are guided by our Mission, Vision, and Core Values, which center on excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
