Staff will be responsible for the fulfillment of wholesale orders and distribution of all cannabis/cannabis products produced and sold under the umbrella of the Sonoran Roots brand ( and any of the facilities or licenses under the control of Sonoran Roots). Staff must always have a professional and positive demeanor, especially when dealing with wholesale customers. The right candidate must understand regulatory and compliance requirements as well as company standards when conducting business in the Fulfillment & Delivery Associate role. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Works with production focused departments like packaging to maintain consistent understanding of product availability for wholesale sales. * Helps maintain updated wholesale sales sheets for product availability with accurate data such as pricing, harvest dates, test results, available qty, etc. * Helps maintain and upload new products onto LeafLink B2B sales platform as well as Leafly brand pages, dutchie brand pages, etc. * Helps with the fulfillment and staging wholesale orders for 3rd party customers as well as intercompany orders for any retail dispensary locations owned or managed by Sonoran Roots. * Must understand and facilitate base level functions in company's compliance software to generate trip manifests, invoice orders, update customer profiles, etc. * Delivery of wholesale orders and inter-company product transfers in accordance with schedule established by direct supervisors / company Sales Managers. * Proper and timely communication of all inquiries, concerns, proposals, etc. as received from wholesale customers while on delivery of any wholesale orders. * Willingness to work in brand ambassador capacity on an as-needed basis for various brand activations, vendor days, promotional events, etc. * Responsible for compliantly delivering all orders and recording time of departure/arrival, obtaining required signatures and copies of facility agent cards. * Maintains accurate records of any mileage on personal vehicles used for business purposes. * Communicates with appropriate supervisors regarding regular maintenance and needed repairs of delivery vehicles. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pay Rate: From $17.50 per hour Minimum Qualifications (Required): • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly., • Quick learner and willing to be coachable and flexible with work tasks., • Must be 21+ years old., • Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card., • Attention to detail and ability and willingness to follow instructions., • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time., • Reliable attendance and communication - show up to work when you say you will and do what you say you will do., • Experience in the cannabis industry (formal or informal)., • High school diploma or GED., • Cannabis-related education., • Understanding of wholesale products, company processes, and industry standards., • Understanding of AZDHS cannabis compliance, specifically as it pertains to the transfer and sale of cannabis and cannabis products., • Superior verbal communication skills., • Excellent interpersonal skills., • Organized and detail oriented., • Ability to maintain basic logs and records., • Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision., • Able to remain professional and courteous at all times., • Valid driver's license and clean driving record., • Ability to drive safely.
