About the Role: We’re looking for a bold, hands-on, and highly craft-focused Senior Creative Designer II to join our small but mighty Creative Studio and play a pivotal role in evolving and elevating the TodayTix brand. Your work will directly impact brand perception, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness, ensuring a visually refined, strategically thoughtful, and digitally forward brand presence across all channels. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.What Success Looks Like: • Elevated Brand Execution – Deliver consistently polished, high-craft creative that not only aligns with but enhances the TodayTix brand across all channels., • Strategic and Actionable Creativity – Bring fresh, conceptual ideas that translate into effective, visually compelling campaigns and product marketing, grounded in brand strategy., • Seamless Collaboration When Needed – Partner effectively with key teams while maintaining leadership on your projects., • Open-Mind & Adaptability – Share your perspective confidently while remaining comfortable adapting to direction, input, or evolving priorities to deliver the strongest creative result.What You’ll Do:, • Drive concept development, explore creative directions, and lead ideation with a hands-on approach, ensuring ideas translate into strategic, beautifully executed creative across all channels., • Take full ownership of high-impact projects while actively collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to shape ideas together—this role is not for solo operators., • Prioritize and manage creative projects thoughtfully, balancing craft, strategy, and impact to deliver best-in-class work., • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and transforming discussions into actionable, creative work., • Play an active role in evolving the TodayTix visual identity and brand system over time—not just applying guidelines but helping shape them.We’re Looking for Someone With:, • 8+ years of brand or marketing design experience, with a portfolio showcasing visually impactful, meticulously crafted, and strategically driven creative across multiple channels and formats., • Ability to articulate design rationale clearly, connecting creative decisions to business goals, brand strategy, and audience needs., • Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills, with a high level of craft across disciplines and an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency., • Mastery of design tools – we primarily use Adobe Creative Suite & Figma. Bonus points for experience with motion design or interactive formats., • A team-first attitude — comfortable balancing strong creative opinions with openness to feedback, championing shared ownership and collaboration within the Creative Studio and across the company to build the best work, together., • A proactive and curious approach – always seeking fresh ideas, better solutions, and new ways to push creative boundaries.
