Curriculum, • Plan engaging activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional development, • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom, • Communicate regularly with families about their childs progress, • Work collaboratively with teachers and center leadership, • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations Teachers may work with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool classrooms depending on experience and center needs. Qualifications • Must be 18 years or older, • Experience working in a childcare center or preschool preferred, • CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or degree preferred, • Must meet Florida licensing requirements for childcare staff, • Strong communication and classroom management skills, • Passion for working with young children Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, and actively supervise children throughout the day, • Lift up to 40 pounds, • Engage with children on the floor, playground, and classroom environment, • Maintain alertness and attentiveness to ensure child safety Reasonable accommodations may be made with appropriate documentation.
