Job DescriptionAppliance repair is a great trade to be in, but it can be a grind where techs can easily burn out. Most companies see their technicians as just a cog in their machine. To us, we value every one of our techs and have designed our business to focus on helping our techs succeed. We offer: • A normal work week. We are open Monday thru Friday. We do not work weekends nor in the evenings. Where other companies demand long hours, our techs work on average 40 hours a week. We do this because we want our techs to have time to enjoy their lives outside of work., • Great routing. All our technicians are dispatched remotely and whenever possible your work is based on a zone around/near where you live. No searching for who has parts in stock, no calling companies for authorizations, ordering parts, claim filing, etc., • Make as much money as you want. Our systems are focused on efficiencies which help you to see more repairs, create more billing opportunities, and produce. The more you can produce (accurately), the more money you will make.
