Job Description Compensation Range: $300K - $350K We are in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to become a part of our dedicated team of physician OB/GYNs and Certified Nurse Midwives. Our group also includes several outpatient-focused Certified Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioners. The Hospitalist will be responsible for delivering care to a diverse array of hospital-based OB/GYN patients. Our thriving OB program is expanding, with an expected 986 deliveries in 2025. Our organization provides tailored care in both hospital settings and our outpatient women’s health practice, which is situated in a spacious, fully renovated facility. The anticipated work schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with approximately 13 weeknight shifts (Monday to Friday) in a 28-day cycle. Occasionally, a day shift may be included as part of the 13 shifts. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include: • Delivering in-hospital obstetrical services in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives, which encompasses emergency cesarean sections, spontaneous vaginal births, operative vaginal births, patient triage, and rounding on antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients, as well as performing circumcisions., • Providing in-hospital gynecological care, including emergency gynecological procedures, consultations, and care for admitted patients., • Responding to patient inquiries from the practice, as well as calls from nursing staff, the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and other consults. We utilize EPIC EMR for our electronic medical records.
